(Finance) – Borsa Italiana has admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), with effect from 13 June 2022, the shares and warrants of Bellini Nautica, company specialized in the trading of boats (new and used), in the restoration and trading of “Vintage Riva” and in the offer of storage services and port assistance in general. The debut is expected for June 15. 1,346,000 new ordinary shares were placed a 2.60 euros each, for gross income of approximately 3.5 million euros. An additional 135,000 shares will be placed in the event of full exercise of the greenshoe option.
The share capitalafter the capital increase, it is made up of 6,346,000 shares, for one capitalization at the IPO price of approximately € 16.5 million. Calypso (company controlled by the CEO Battista Bellini) is the largest shareholder with 40.18%, Romano Bellini (chairman and executive director) has 19.70%, Martina Bellini (executive director) 18.91% and the floating is at 21.12%. If the greenshoe option is fully exercised, the free float will be 22.85%.
The shipyard on Lake Iseo closed 2021 with a production value of 10.5 million euros, an EBITDA of 2.2 million euros and a Net income of 1.3 million euros. There net financial position is 2.2 million euros.
