With Who knows something like that? Two top-class German actors were guests on September 30th: Moritz Bleibtreu and Jan Josef Liefers. The latter played in the team with Bernhard Hoëcker. The performance of both left a lot to be desired, so… At some point even the moderator Kai Pflaume had to intervene.
Jan Josef Liefers knew who knows something like that? the rules don’t
Jan Josef Liefers started with Bernhard Hoëcker in the team, he was sure initially unaware of the rules of the show. So the actor whispered to Hoëcker at the first question, until Kai Pflaume intervened and jokingly whispered in his ear: “You can talk louder.”. Liefers then realized that only his team had to answer the question and he had no reason to whisper.
When the two wanted to answer the question, Liefers turned around again and asked the audience: “What do you think?” Hoëcker quickly intervened and held the actor back: “Nothing, then the Joker is gone!” Elton from the other team asked back in amazement: “How many times have you been here now?” Liefers countered humorously:
It’s always the first time.

After a while, Kai Pflaume intervened
The course of the show was rather unfortunate for both teams. After playing a total of 8 questions, the team with Moritz Bleibtreu and Elton was able to win at least 500 euros, while the team with Bernhard Hoëcker and Jan Josef Liefers had not yet won any money. Kai Pflaume then intervened:
Just before the mood goes downhill
Kai Pflaume then pointed out the theatrical release of the film Old White Man, in which Jan Josef Liefers plays the main role. Then Pflaume briefly interrupted the broadcastto show an excerpt from the film. Liefers then spoke about the comedy:
Laughing helps the viewer […] to make these sensitive topics a little more accessible. I have to say that is really a quality.
In the end, Liefers and Hoëcker’s team was still able to win 500 euros. However, on the last question, both teams guessed the wrong answer, so everyone went home without money.
