Become world champion in 3 years
This is how Oner’s career at T1 began: Oner has been playing for the T1 club since March 2020. Initially, he started his journey on the T1 Academy team, which is intended for aspiring players participating in the LCK Academy Series.
He then moved to the main T1 team in December of the same year and has been an integral part of the team ever since. During this time he has already achieved two titles together with the team. For one thing, he won the LCK Spring Split 2022.
However, Oner became particularly famous during the last World Championship, because in 2023 he and his team won the League of Legends Worlds 2023.
From LoL player to Jungle of the Year
Oner has not only won several titles together with his team. He was named LCK Finals MVP in the 2022 LCK Spring Split. In addition, he received other awards such as the title “LCK Jungle of the Year” in 2023 as well as a place on the LCK 1st All-Pro Team in Spring 2023 and on the LCK 2nd All-Pro Team in Spring 2022, Summer 2022 and Spring 2024 (via lol.fandom)
Which champions does the professional play? The champion with whom Oner has achieved the most victories is Lee Sin, with a win rate of 76.9% and 50 matches won.
But Oner’s performance is also impressive with other champions: Champion Viego is in second place with a win rate of 68.1% and 32 matches won. Sejuani is in third place with an equally impressive win rate of 71.9% and 23 matches won.
