(Finance) – By Carlo Holding Srl has one participation equal to 85.473% in Beewizea group listed on Euronext Milan that offers high added value services in technological enablement for relational and interactive marketing, digital communication, consultancy on Digital Platforms and Strategic Technology.
This is what emerges from the CONSOB communications relating to significant shareholdingswhere it is explained that the communication was made by the declarant due to a change in the shareholding chain, following the merger by incorporation of the subsidiary Centro Studi Srl into Orizzonti Holding SpA, which became effective on 31 December 2023.
The new participation is dated December 31, 2023and compares with 85.723% dating back to September 14, 2018.
