Amersfoort – “We have solved it, the Amersfoort beer has been saved”, says a very happy beer brewer Koen Overeem of the Rock City Brewing brewery at the end of the afternoon. Yesterday afternoon problems had arisen with the cooling system and about 30,000 liters of beer were slowly warming up. The beer could still be saved, but then the cooling would have to start working again today.
