This decrease was found more prominently in premenopausal women and in women who are hormone sensitive.

It is important to take foods containing these fatty acids, also known as omega-3s, with foods such as fish such as salmon, chia and flax seeds, and walnuts. The unconscious use of products containing these oils in the form of pills is not known to be beneficial, but may also be harmful. Nutritional planning can be done according to the recommendations of experienced dietitians. Along with exercise, such a dietary habit from a young age can reduce the risk of cancer, especially in women with a high risk of breast cancer.
