(Finance) – The shares of BE Shaping the Futurea company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the field of professional services for the financial sector, will be suspended from trading in the sessions of 23 and 27 December 2022 and will be revoked starting from the session of 28 December 2022. This is what was communicated together with the final results of the mandatory totalitarian public purchase offer (OPA).
Based on the results communicated by Equita SIMhave been brought fully subscribed to the offer, 18,794,002 shares, equal to 13.932% of the share capital and 49.572% of the shares subject to the offer. The Overlord Bidco vehicle has arrived at the 95.698% of the capital social of BE.
