Be close to the toilet and never eat these! Things to watch out for in diarrhea

Be close to the toilet and never eat these Things

According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, acute diarrhea typically only lasts a few days. Food poisoning is often the culprit, although other things like the flu, parasites, even some antibiotics and other drugs can make you rush to the nearest bathroom. If you are visiting a place where food or water is contaminated, you may experience traveller’s diarrhea even if the people living there are not affected.

CHRONIC diarrhea

Chronic diarrhea lasts for four weeks or longer. It could be a sign of something more serious, such as Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It can also be caused by an untreated infection or parasite. If you are experiencing chronic diarrhea, talk to your healthcare provider.

SYMPTOMS OF DIARS

Along with passing watery stools, you may experience cramping, stomach pain, or nausea. And depending on the cause, you may have a fever or have malaria.

THINGS NOT TO BE EATED WHEN DIALISTIC

Be nice to yourself and avoid eating high fiber foods like beans, raw vegetables, apples, peaches as soon as you realize you have diarrhea. Do not drink alcohol. Also take a break from caffeine and dairy products for a few days. Avoid coffee and ice cream while your stomach heals.

Avoid oily or spicy foods as well. Sodas, sugar-free gum, and candies made with artificial sweeteners such as sorbitol can trigger an unexpected trip to the bathroom. On the other hand, sip plenty of water to replace the lost fluids.
