“IF YOU DRINK EVEN A SODA, YOU CAN PROVIDE THE NECESSARY MAGNESIUM”

Underlining that magnesium should be used with the advice of a physician to reduce stomach acid in reflux, constipation and restless legs, Soytürk said, “Not everyone needs to take magnesium. Magnesium is a mineral that a person can normally consume on a daily, healthy diet. Moreover, even if you drink a soda, you can provide the daily required magnesium,” he said.

“IT MAY RESULT IN CARDIAC STOP”

Soytürk pointed out that widespread use can increase magnesium levels and lead to serious consequences and said, “It is an important condition that can end in nausea, feeling bad, diarrhea, low blood pressure and even cardiac arrest in advanced cases. That’s why I invite our people not to use magnesium without a doctor’s advice.”
