(Finance) – BdM Bank (formerly Popolare di Bari), today part of Mediocredito Centrale Grouphas signed an agreement collaboration with SIMESTcompany of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group, for the internationalization of companies.
The collaboration is aimed at granting subsidized loans, provided through the Fondo 394 managed by SIMEST on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, to encourage internationalisation of businesses.
The measure allows companies wishing to operate on foreign markets to obtain loans at subsidized rates, which it can join a non-repayable share of up to 10%, also intended for the financing of new investments in ecological transition, digitalisation and capital strengthening, the opening of offices abroad, the development of e-commerce, participation in international fairs and the inclusion of a Temporary Manager.
Companies will be able to request the tools subsidized finance from SIMEST through BdM Banca which, in addition to submitting the application and managing the post-admission phases on behalf of the beneficiary, will be able to support businesses with complementary ordinary financing to that provided directly by SIMEST, strengthening its commitment to the development and internationalization of the entrepreneurial fabric of Southern Italy.
