(Finance) – BCC Iccrea Groupthe largest Italian cooperative banking group, e Accenture have signed a partnership agreement to support the Group’s IT transformation as part of the broader technological renewal plan developed by BCC Sistemi Informatici.
The floorwhich includes an investment program exceeding 300 million euros over the next three years, aims to accelerate the transformation process started with the establishment of the Group. The objective is to improve service levels for the 114 participating mutual banks and other subsidiary companies, offering members and customers increasingly safe, efficient, innovative and easy-to-use services.
In particular, the Group’s new IT plan aims to improve and modernize the main ones applications Of core bankingfurther expand the offering of products and services available through digital channels and accelerate the implementation of the AI-based strategy. In this context, the agreement of partnerships with Accenture, which also includes the acquisition by
of the latter of a participation share in BCC Information Systemsfocuses on digital platforms, core systems (including customer records and current accounts) and the Group’s data platform.
Additionally, Accenture will help improve the service infrastructural made to the Group’s mutual banks and to develop a new service model designed to increase levels of security and resilience.
