BCC Banca Iccrea and ANFIR sign an agreement to promote access to credit for SMEs

BCC Iccrea first quarter profit rises to 610 million

(Finance) – BCC Banca Iccreaparent company of the BCC Iccrea Group, has signed an agreement with AMPHIR, the National Association of Regional Financial Companies, to encourage the access of corporate clients of the 115 BCCs belonging to the BCC Iccrea Group to credit and the capital market, through regional facilitation instruments. L’signed agreement it is the result of direct discussions between BCC Banca Iccrea and various regional finance companies participating in ANFIR, thanks to which specific memoranda of understanding were defined to encourage dialogue between the individual BCCs and the regional finance company directly involved.

There collaboration between the BCC Iccrea Group and ANFIR, which will mainly concern the areas of subsidized credit, guarantee systems to support businesses, alternative finance instruments and private capital, will take the form of a sharing of analysis, study and identification of solutions to favoring the entrepreneurial needs of the area.

Carlo Napoleons, head of the Corporate Division of the BCC Iccrea Group, commented: “With this partnership the BCC Iccrea Group strengthens the interaction between the affiliated BCCs and the individual regional financial institutions. The banks, in fact, will be able to promote the subsidized finance instruments managed by the regional financial institutions and, by integrating the investment needs of client companies with new bank credit, encourage the development of the local economic and productive fabric”.

Michele ViettiPresident of ANFIR, expresses satisfaction with the signing of this agreement which, he declares, “strengthens the profitable relationship already existing between many Regional Financial Companies and the BCC Iccrea Group, and which aims to extend this collaboration throughout the national territory to best support Italian SMEs”.
