Four women living in Britain have brought charges of rape and sexual abuse against Tate. The cases will be heard later in court in London.
Britain’s the BBC says that he interviewed two British women who claim to be a social media influencer Andrew Tate raped them.
The alleged crimes took place, according to the women, in Luton, England about ten years ago.
The first of the women appears in an interview with the BBC’s Panorama program under the name Give it.
According to Anna’s story, the rape took place at Andrew’s apartment in Luton in 2013, where the two had ended up at the end of a date night.
– He started kissing me… After that, he turned his eyes towards the ceiling and said: I was thinking about whether I should rape you.
Tate then allegedly grabbed Anna by the throat, threw her on the bed and raped her. According to Anna, Tate had downplayed the significance of the strangulation and sent her disturbing text and voice messages about sexual violence after the incident.
– Am I a bad person? Because the more you hated it, the more I enjoyed it, Tate allegedly said in an audio message heard by the BBC.
In his text message to Anna, Tate states simply: “I love raping you”.
Another woman interviewed by BCC, Siennasays in his own words that he spent a “traditional one-night stand” with Tate ten years ago. Months later, the two met again, when the alleged rape took place.
– We went to my bedroom and had sex.
According to Sienna, Tate had strangled her so hard that she had momentarily lost consciousness. After regaining consciousness, Tate continued Akt without interruption.
– I was so scared. I remember that I had to catch my breath many times… It was rape.
Sienna has not previously told the police about the events and she says she regrets it.
The BBC says it is aware of a total of five British women who say they were strangled by Tate during sex.
Sienna, Anna and two other women have now brought charges of rape and sexual abuse against Tate. Their cases will be heard later in court in London.
The brothers are suspected of numerous crimes in Romania
A third woman who spoke to the BCC, Daisymeanwhile, claims to have been caught by Andrew’s brother Tristan Tate to be raped in Bucharest in 2017.
The BBC says it has asked the Tate brothers for a statement about the latest charges against them. Both declined an interview request.
However, the brothers have strongly denied all the charges against them in public.
– I am looking forward to the revelation of the truth. I look forward to the BBC having to tell everyone that Andrew Tate was found not guilty. I have never done anything wrong, Andrew said in a BBC interview a year ago.
The two are accused in Romania of smuggling people and setting up a ring for the exploitation of women. In addition, rape charges have also been brought against Andrew Tate in Romania.
If they are found guilty, they may face more than 10 years in prison.
In addition to the charges filed in Romania, the British Bedfordshire police have started an investigation into rapes and people smuggling between 2012 and 2015. The cases in question have no connection to the women interviewed by the BBC.
In Britain, the brothers are also suspected of tax fraud.
