The residents went to the Utrecht administrative court today. Without a lawyer, this is not required at such a hearing. The residents were still well represented, with a lawyer from our own ranks who knows the ropes. She states that an IPvE is indeed a decision, because all kinds of irreversible things are arranged in it. For example, she claims that Van Hooijdonk rejected objections to decisions from residents elsewhere in the city, because things had already been recorded in the IPvE.
