Vinkeveen – Anyone walking up the footpath between the Ringdijk and the Demmerik in Vinkeveen has recently been surprised by a sign. ‘Own road, enter at your own risk’, it says. The path is used daily by many walkers and cyclists. A public road you would say, but that turns out to be different.
