In the history of the Batman comics, various people slipped into the Robin costume. For The Brave and the Bold, according to DC bosses James Gunn and Peter Safran Damian Wayne under the mask who has a particularly unusual biography (via The Hollywood Reporter). His story begins in Grant Morrison’s 2006 Batman and Son comic book series.

Damian is the biological son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul, the daughter of the evil Batman adversary Ra’s al Ghul. For the first few years, the Dark Knight is unaware of the existence of his child, who lives in the League of Killers (aka League of Assassins). trained to be a professional killer.
