Last year it was Luleå that won its eighth SM gold after the final win against Södertälje.
This year, instead, the Södertälje players got to celebrate together with the home crowd after 81-72 in the third final meeting.
Luleå led 68-62 in the fourth period, but then Södertälje showed its class and went up 75-68. After that there was no talk.
Louice Halvarsson was the top scorer with 23 points.
