Stark has signed a one-year contract with the Gothenburg club.
– They showed interest early on and spoke well about the club and their ambitions. It is a big club with many members and great opportunities. It felt like a given choice to jump on the trip they want to take, she says.
During her four years in Östersund, 26-year-old Alva Stark has been involved in taking the team up to the top league and has also been named coach of the year in the league.
Last year, she took over as national team captain in Denmark, an assignment that continues in parallel with the new job in Högsbo.
– Now it will even be a little easier with shorter trips for me from Gothenburg to Denmark.
