(Finance) – It left today second issue of 20 million euro minibonds of euros within the business program listed on the segment Euronext Growth Milan managed by Borsa Italiana. The four issuing companies – Coffee, Innovatec, Kolinpharma And Fenix Entertainment – they will be able to finance their development programmes and growth and strengthen their competitive capacity and market positioning.
The program Basket Bond Euronext Growthwhich potentially provides for the issue of bonds for a total value of 50 million, was launched in October 2021 with the first issue for 13 million by three issuers listed on the EGM segment.
Deposits and Loans Fundas anchor investor, subscribed 50% of the total amount, Mediocredito Centrale (MCC) 30% and Finnat Bank 20% also for this second issue.
The Euronext Growth Basket Bond programme is coordinated by Banca Finnat, which acts as Arrangerwith the support of Grimaldi Law Firm for legal activities. Banca Finint acts as Servicer, Corporate Servicer, Computation Agent, Representative of the Security Holders and Agent Bank, Growth Market Basket Bond side. Finnat Bank, also acts as Settlement Agent Bank and Paying Bank, on the issuer side. The investors were assisted by CRCCD for the legal aspects of the operation.
EnVent Capital Marketsan investment banking firm specialized in assisting companies in the Mid&Small Market, acted as Debt Financial Advisor alongside three of the listed companies (Fenix Entertainment, Innovatec, Kolinpharma) for one raised 15 million euros out of a total value of 20 million of the programme. In his role as Debt Financial Advisor, EnVent Capital Markets facilitated the admission of companies to the program and followed the entire process from negotiating terms to drafting contracts to closing the deal.
The programme, which through the “Basket Bond” technique incorporates a concept of greater risk diversification given by the presence of several issuers who are financed by a Vehicle whose notes are subscribed by Investors, have favored the determination of very positive and more competitive financing conditions for the issuers themselves.
THE proceeds of the operation they will finance new initiatives for growth in Italy and abroad such as expansion of production spaces and the financing of M&A projectsas well as programs of territorial expansion aimed at consolidating and enhancing the positioning within the reference sector and the geographical presence.
The program Basket Bond Euronext Growth has a multi-year term and resources available to finance further new issues aimed at supporting the development dynamics and enhancing the growth opportunities of companies listed on Euronext Growth Milan, the growth market for SMEs or “SME Growth Market”, dedicated to the listing of companies with high potential of growth.
