(Finance) – Tamburi Investment Partnersan independent investment-merchant bank listed on Euronext STAR Milan, has a 5,128% share in BasicNet, a company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the sports and leisure clothing, footwear and accessories sector. It is learned from Consob communications relating to significant equity investments, where it is indicated that the transaction took place last June 1st.
The National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange points out that this is the date of filing, with the register of companies, of the certification of the new share capital of BasicNet following the cancellation of 6,993,602 treasury shares in portfolio.
