In the follow-up competition, in which the teams were allowed to take the points obtained in the first part of the competition, Quick finished second to last. Hoofddorp Pioniers is the winner of this competition and will play play-offs against the number four of the follow-up competition, Twints, of the top four. The winner of that match may participate in the play-offs for the national title.
