15-year-old Yorkshire terrier Bart was brutally kicked seemingly completely unprovoked by a man in the street.
Now Bart has died.
It was on June 14 that the dog Bart, 15, was kicked hard by a man on Venice Beach in Los Angeles, USA. Something that was caught on surveillance camera, reports ABC News.
The kick caused a brain injury to Bart who could not even stand up from his injuries.
Last week, the dog died after a couple of weeks in an animal hospital, confirms owner Laura Rosenfeld.
– He was my whole world and the best thing in my whole life, she says.
Rosenfeld spent the entire last time Bart was alive by his side.
The man who kicked the dog was arrested for the incident after being chased by some who witnessed the incident.
