Leaders around the world express horror and condemn the assassination of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. He was shot at a campaign meeting early on Friday morning Swedish time and died of his injuries. A man was arrested at the scene.
– It was a barbaric atrocity, said an upset Fumio Kishida, Japan’s current prime minister, during a speech after the act.
