Banks, Abi-unions agreement: contract expiry suspended until 28 February 2023

(Finance) – ABI, Fabi, First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Uilca and Unisin – in order to start the process for the renewal of the CCNL – shared the suspension, until 28 February 2023, of the deadlines set at 31 December 2022 by national contract of 19 December 2019, expiring at the end of 2022, confirming at the same time the application of the treatments envisaged by the CCNL for services rendered by female workers and come on workers.

The Parties have also agreed on the continuation of the operations of the Employment Fund (FOC), bilateral body of the sector at the forefront of active employment policies, with particular attention to young people and professional outplacement.

L’understood reached today confirms that ABI and the Banking Unions intend to face constructively the path following the expiry of the current contract.
