(Tiper Stock Exchange) – MPS Bank allocates a ceiling of 200 million of euros for the benefit of reconstruction of central Italy – Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche and Umbria – hit by the 2016 earthquake. The Commissioner for Repair and Reconstruction Guido Castelli and Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena have signed a memorandum of understanding to reserve these resources for the use of the Super earthquake bonus 110% in the construction sites of the reconstruction of Central Italy.
Thanks to the derogation provided by the Government and approved by Parliament in April, the reconstruction of private buildings in the four regions affected by the earthquake can avail until 31 December 2025 the possibility of benefiting from the Supersismabonus 110%, making use of both the transfer of credit and the discount on the invoice.
The companies registered in the appropriate Registry, thanks to the tax credits acquired through the invoice discountwill be able to optimize their financial exposure and promote business urban recovery and reconstructionwith restructuring operations, energy redevelopment and making buildings safe for the reduction of seismic risk.
