(Finance) – Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena informs that it has obtained approval from the ECB regarding the payment proposal of a dividend of 0.25 euros per share, for a total amount of approximately 315 million eurosto be submitted to the Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for April 11th.
The decision was adopted following the authorization request presented by Banca MPS, in compliance with the provisions of the SREP Decision 2023.
