(Finance) – Mediolanum Bank announced that he had purchasedbetween 10 and 17 May 2024 inclusive, in aggregate 716,461 treasury shares (equal to 0.09615% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 10.8002 euros, for a countervalue total of 7,737,941.38 euros.
Following the purchases just communicated, considering the treasury shares already in the portfolio, the overall number of treasury shares held by the Bank as of 17 May is equal to 2,393,892, representing 0.32127% of the share capital.
