(Telestock) – Mediolanum Bank has announced that he has purchasedon August 2, 2024, as part of the overall share buyback program 160,000 treasury shares (equal to 0.02147% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 10.0699 euros, for a counter value equal to 1.611.184,00 euro.
Following the purchases just announced, considering the treasury shares already in the portfolio, the total number of treasury shares held by the Bank as of August 2nd is equal to 5,580,739, representing 0.74889% of the share capital.
