(Finance) – Mediolanum Bank announced that he had purchasedbetween 20 and 24 May 2024 inclusive, in aggregate 528,539 treasury shares (equal to 0.07093% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 10.6841 euros, for a countervalue total of 5,646,980.21 euros.
Following the purchases just communicated, considering the treasury shares already in the portfolio, the overall number of treasury shares held by the Bank as of 24 May is equal to 2,922,431, representing 0.39220% of the share capital.
In Piazza Affari, today, a fractional decline for Mediolanum Bankwhich closed trading with a loss of 0.37%.
