(Finance) – Banca Ifisa group active in specialty finance and listed on Euronext STAR Milan, has announced that it has received notification of the conclusion of the periodical from the Bank of Italy supervisory review process (SREP decision) conducted on the group. Bank of Italy has identified for 2022 the following capital requirements on a consolidated basis: Common Equity Tier 1 ratio: 8.65%; Tier 1 ratio: 10.50%; Total capital ratio: 12.90%. The requirements include the Target component of the Pillar 2 Guidance equal to 0.75%.
Banca Ifis largely exceeds the requirements of capital, having the following capital ratios at 31 March 2022: Common Equity Tier 1 ratio: 15.72%; Tier 1 ratio: 15.74%; Total capital ratio: 20.01%. With respect to the SREP requirements in terms of CET1, Banca Ifis presents a buffers among the largest in the Italian banking systemequal to 707 basis points.
