(Finance) – The Presidency of the Council of Ministers has communicated to Generali Bank that the takeover bid on Intermonteannounced in mid-September, does not fall within the scope of application of the Golden Power decree, therefore confirming the clearance in terms of golden power legislation for the completion of the operation.
This provision, we read in a note, is one of the regulatory authorizations necessary for Banca Generali’s voluntary public takeover bid for Intermonte.
