(Finance) – Generali Bank has made it known that it is the share buyback program concluded at the service of the remuneration and incentive policies, authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 19 April 2023.
As part of this delegation, Banca Generali has purchased overall 369,260 treasury shares at the average price of 33.1664 euros per share, for a countervalue total of 12,247,030 euros.
Following the purchases made, the banking group holds a total of 2,920,001 own shares, equal to 2.50% of the share capital.
