Banca Generali Ilaria Romagnoli resigns from the Board of Directors

(Finance) – Generali Bank announced that the councilor Ilaria Romagnoli he resigned his own with immediate effect resignation from office for “supervening personal reasons”.
Ilaria Romagnoli, councilor independentwas President of the Credit Committee and member of the Control and Risk Committee and of the Appointments, Governance and Sustainability Committee, established within the Board of Directors.

Considering that the The Board of Directors currently in office will end its mandate with the approval of the budget of the financial year ending on 31 December 2023 and that the next meeting will be called to approve the financial statements for the 2023 financial year as well as to decide on the renewal of the corporate bodies, the Board of Directors does not consider proceeding with the replacement of the outgoing director at this stage.
