(Finance) – Banca Generali communicated that Annalisa Pescatori has resigned, with effect from today, her resignation from the office of director of administration for “supervening personal reasons”. Pescatori was an independent director, chairman of the Credit Committee and member of the Control and Risk Committee and of the Nomination, Governance and Sustainability Committee.
Pescatori is not the owner of Banca Generali shares at the date of his resignation. The Board of Directors will proceed in accordance with the statute and the law to the co-optation for the replacement of the outgoing director and the integration of the committees.
