(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Cesare Ponti Bank (belonging to the group BPER) examined and approved today the draft financial statements as at 31 December 2023, confirming the preliminary results already analyzed and approved last 6 February, which highlight a net profit of 2.9 million.
The Board of Directors of Banca Cesare Ponti also decided to convene the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, for Thursday 18 April 2024, to decide, in addition to the financial statements and the proposed allocation of profit, also on the integration of the fee of the Auditing Firm, on the Remuneration Policies of the BPER Group for the 2024 financial year, as well as on the compensation plans based on financial instruments in implementation of the aforementioned Remuneration Policies.
