A bank solid which has in its capital some very respectable shareholders and which also appears a lot attractiveness from an occupational point of view. 6,000 customers and over 300 million euros disbursed: the 2022 results describe a bank close to businesses and showing strong growth. With what sentiment do you look to the future?
“With a sentiment in absolute coherence with the mission for which we were born, which is to serve the 7 million very small Italian entrepreneurs, who have a daily life submerged by their customers, their employees and their businesses. We want them give very simple, transparent, fast answers, which arise from being exclusively specialized and focused – in this I believe unique in Italy – on very small businesses”.
And what role does technology play in all of this?
“Technology is very important, because thanks to the use of data, thanks to digital access methods to the bank, we are able to give very rapid answers. For example, for a 12-month credit we are able to now to say yes or no, for a 5-year credit we are able to do it in a few days and this is compared with the times of our competitors which are much longer. This is what we call Instant lending”.
What other services do you offer to businesses?
“It is always the key to simplicity. Now that the period of negative interest rates is over, we have developed a current account deposit product, remunerated for the first time in almost 15 years, at no fee, which can be opened digitally , which offers the entrepreneur in a very simple way the opportunity to park his liquidity, also having a return”.

“We try to offer a good learning opportunity, which arises from the combination of technology and also of experience and competence.
