(Finance) – AideXa Bank communicated that Federico Sforza will leave the position of CEO after having successfully completed the first phase of development of the Italian fintech dedicated to small and medium-sized businesses. The Board of Directors has identified in Marzio Pividori the new CEO, who will take office following the shareholders’ resolutions approximately starting from 1 February 2024, we read in a note.
Sforza said he was “ready for new future challenges“, but who will still remain close to the bank as a shareholder and promoter.
Marzio, 52 years old, has been this far managing director and head of Consumer House at Deutsche Bank, among the leaders in Italy in consumer credit. A past in Kearney, has been in for 13 years Deutsche Bank where he also held the position of manager for Italy of the Retail & Small business division
Bank AideXa also has promoted to deputy general manager Walter RizziProduct, Marketing and Digital director and responsible for the creation of X Score, the proprietary algorithmic credit scoring model developed by AideXa.
