(Finance) – Cold shower from State Council which confirms the expiry of state concessions for beaches to 31 December 2023 and accordingly disposes one stop any exceptions to 31 December 2024 established by local authorities.
In the sentence of the VII section, pronounced on 12 March and published today, reference is made to “to the principles of the EU Court of Justice” of 20 April 2023 and to European jurisprudence, to give “immediately started the tender procedure” which allows the concession to be assigned using competitive methods.
