Where can I find the stone disc puzzle? During the quest “The Quest for the Nightsong” in Baldur’s Gate 3, you will get to the “Defiled Temple” located in the goblin camp.
To get to the Defiled Temple, go through the rooms of the Goblin High Priestess and enter the Ruined Sanctum. From there you can go through an ornate door (to the west) to the Defiled Temple, where a tricky moon puzzle awaits you. You get the key to the door by killing or stealing from the priestess.
How do I solve the riddle? All full moons should be gathered in the upper stone slab at the end. You have to collect the crescent moons on the middle plate and no moons at all on the lower plate. You align your camera to the north (compass). The top disk is also highlighted by incident light.

If you have completed the moon puzzle, the passage to the under-realm opens. In this location you will also find the Adamant Forge for crafting powerful items. Whatever you choose, either option will allow you to open the gates to the Underdark and continue the quest for the Nightsong.
