The bakery had been affected by pests
With the inspection, it was established that the bakery had been affected by pests. The bakery was therefore prohibited from operating its food business until the pest problem is under control.
In the Environmental Administration’s control report, which News24 taken note of, it says that “The Environment Agency found dead cockroaches in your premises. There were no indicator traps in the premises and you have not currently taken any measures to combat the pests.”
The reason why the inspection took place in the first place was that cockroaches had spread in a central facility and thus entered the bakery’s premises.

The environmental administration demanded thorough clean-up
The administration considers that the owners of the businesses concerned have not taken sufficient measures, and has now demanded a thorough cleaning of the premises.
When Nyheter24 reaches the bakery’s board, they say that the business is up and running again. They say that they have taken measures and that on December 19 they opened the doors again, with approval from the Environment Agency.
