“At this moment – the minister specified – it is not possible to provide a hypothesis of quantification of the needs of the Regions, given the vastness of the territory and the specificity of the phenomena. The Regions concerned are fully committed to completing the technical assessments as soon as possible time possible in order to allow the CDM to promptly adopt the necessary decisions.
