(Finance) – The Competition and Market Guarantor Authority, given the continuation of the difficult situations faced by companies resident in the areas affected by the flood in Emilia Romagna, has decided, for companies that find themselves in the conditions envisaged by the legislative decree of June 1, 2023, to extend to 31 December 2023 the deadline for the payment of the contribution to operating costs for the year 2023.
