Between measures in particular – ANIA informs in a note – there is an extension of the terms of conduct, ie the extension of the expiry of the insurance contract. The companies must also maintain the insurance guarantee in force even in the event of late payment, suspend the recovery of credits and avoid objecting to prescriptions and forfeitures accrued after the flood.
