Tesla CEO Elon Musk said on Twitter that the company has increased the price of its FSD software to $12,000, an increase of $2,000. Announcing that the new price will only be available for customers in the US from January 17, Musk stated that the $199 monthly subscription price for FSD will increase as the software approaches wide release.
