Linn Johansson has now met Skellefteå Buss since her baby Hanna was injured during a bus ride. The bus company admits that it can be difficult to know how to secure the pram.
– What is in the bus is industry standard, but we have to look at what we can do, says communications manager Jens Mårtensson.
