“Nothing broke, but it did give her a blow,” says Ida. “She was tired, very tired. I have been with her for the last week and everything she wanted to say has been said. My two sisters and my brother came to say goodbye and she has been in contact with her brother in America via Facetime, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends. My daughter and I were with her when she took her last breath. She was very curious what it would be like and promised to come and haunt us if possible.”
