(Finance) – The Dutch company Azerionactive in the entertainment and digital media sector, yes it is listed today on Euronext Amsterdam. The company landed on the Amsterdam stock exchange via business combination with European FinTech Company 1 (EFIC1), a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) which began operations on March 26, 2021. EFIC1 will provide Azerion 93 million euros to finance its growth, which will be used both to pursue acquisitions and to further invest in organic growth initiatives. With this transaction, EFIC1 and Azerion close the first business combination of the 22 SPACs listed on Euronext in 2021, explains a note.
