Amersfoort – The asylum seeker center in Amersfoort will receive a special visitor today, on National Neighbors Day. The chairman of the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers and two mayors from the region come by. The COA, together with the Immigration and Naturalization Service, would like to emphasize that asylum seekers are neighbors of everyone in the area. And that is why more than a hundred asylum seeker centers throughout the Netherlands are opening their doors to interested parties today.
