A brawl broke out this Monday morning in the RER E, in Ozoir-la-Ferrière, in Seine-et-Marne. Four people were injured, two of them seriously.
This Monday, November 4, around 8 a.m., a fight broke out on the RER E at Ozoir-la-Ferrière station (Seine-et-Marne), AFP learned from a police source. Four people were injured with axes, two of them seriously. Indeed, one of the victims had his hand cut off and another had his head cut open with an axe. Two other people were more lightly injured.
No traffic interruption
The brawl involved several people, including minors. However, the reason for this violent altercation has not yet been determined. The fight took place while the train was at the platform. According to a police source, an intervention is underway.
On X, the RER account speaks of an “altercation on board a train”. “Traffic is disrupted between Haussmann Saint-Lazare and Tournan (Seine-et-Marne) in both directions of traffic,” we specify. “Neither RER E traffic nor that of the station is impacted,” indicates the SNCF.
