Russia again launched a missile strike on a civilian target in Ukraine on Monday. The missile hit a shopping mall in the city of Kremenchuk in central Ukraine. At least sixteen people have been killed and injured in the attack, according to news agencies. The number of victims could increase further as the mall was full of people. President Volodymyr Zelenskyi says the messaging service Telegram that there were more than a thousand people in the mall.
